The Answers You Need

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your first session to the studio so you can get all parked up and ready to chill! If you are doing an online class log on a few minutes early.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

You will need to bring a mat and you may want to bring a towel. Please contact me before if you don’t have one. Bring some water to stay hydrated.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing, that you feel you can move freely in.

What is the cancellation policy?

As long as the class is cancelled 24 hours before you will receive a refund anything after won't be refunded.

Do I need to have practiced yoga before?

No you do not! Yoga is accessible to anyone, there will be lots of different options to take things back a step or to progress a step. All classes are for everyone! X

What is being done to keep the space COVID safe?

On arrival your temperature will be checked and you will be asked to use hand gel provided, using the one way system taking your own mat to the space which is marked up with 2 metres between each mat. I will not be able to come round and offer assists and adjusts so will be demoing the whole class from my mat at the front of the room. When class is finished wipes are at the front to wipe down your mat, blocks and then leave using the one way system. The space is cleaned thoroughly before and after use.  Any other questions or worries on this drop me a message.
